Eliminate seed and grain derived oils
Eat whole foods, preferably organic, meat and fish protein, lots of vegetables, healthy oils and fats
Supplement with omega-3 fish oil, take a balanced vitamin D, A, E & K supplement, have your vitamin D level tested
Exercise - resistance and interval training is more beneficial than long aerobic sessions; this type of exercise can be scaled to your age and physical condition
